THE OBLIGATORY STUFF
Jon may be considered by some to be a "late bloomer" when it comes to entrepreneurialism. In fact, he didn't start his first business until he was 9 years old. As a child of the Cold War era, he recognized opportunities emerging in the defense industry and launched an elaborate operation producing hand-made slingshots, which turned out to be illegal at his elementary school. Jon was unceremoniously shut down by the man and his days as a small arms dealer were over.
Jon reinvented himself through his teenage years in the Leisure and Recreation sector, making the logical jump to swimming pool service and maintenance. From there, it was on to humanities, where for 23 years he owned and operated the nation's pioneering medical licensing and credentialing company which commercially served some of the largest healthcare companies in the world and helped underserved communities gain access to adequate healthcare.
For six years Jon owned an events company both in New Zealand and the United States during which time he was the Head Rugby Coach at the University of Utah. Over the past 25 years, Jon has served as a Board of Directors member, a Corporate Advisor, and President of civic organizations and sports commissions. Jon considers Sync7 his magnum opus and hopes to do his part to make the world a more connected, thoughtful place.

Next to maple donuts, Jon's greatest passion is watching people rise to their full stature and become a more powerful being than they previously thought possible. While you focus on your core competency daily, Jon lives in the world of performance optimization. Because this is his native habitat, he is constantly accumulating principles and concepts for your benefit. He lives to see you excel.

THE FUN STUFF
Jon is a devoted husband and father with hobbies that include: travel, fitness, motorcycling, mountain biking, cycling, rock climbing, mountaineering, music, nature (especially extreme weather), the animal kingdom, motivational theory, relationship philosophy, basic juggling, and a little light physics.

THE OBLIGATORY STUFF
From an early age, Mike developed a character of hard work, service and leadership. From mowing lawns of the elderly to protecting other kids from bullies, Mike harvested a fortuitous yet compassionate nature and ability to understand and create deep connections with those around him.
The lap of luxury or "the easy life" as today's cool kids refer to it, has never been a motivating factor as evidenced by the fact that Mike has survived 9 near death experiences and once totaled a minivan with his face! With each experience, he has walked away with some scars and an increase of wisdom, which is great for a guy that is the first to raise his hand when it comes to tackling the 'hard stuff'.
A rare brotherhood between Mike and Jon has provided a productive journey as entrepreneurs and partners in business domestically and abroad. Mike has occupied and thrived as a Consultant, Advisor, Director, Ambassador, Content Creator, Marketer, Producer, and Presidency member of local civic organizations and sports commissions. With no formal training, he ventured into the acting/modeling world, earning roles on the 'big screen', TV screen, and print campaigns for some of the world's most successful brands.

Mike is passionate about human connection and finds great fulfillment in being able to move people through presenting the right message rooted in truth. As someone who has experienced some of the greatest joys this world has to offer and someone who has overcome some of it's darkest moments, Mike continues his mission of serving and helping others find their voice and define their direction.

THE FUN STUFF
When not championing his wife in her catering business or his kids at their events, Mike will be doing 80 mph on his motorcycle down some lonely highway, building custom furniture, training for an Ironman, writing a script, learning to play guitar, riding a horse, playing with the family dog, or keeping a keen eye out for minivans.

Matt Wunderli is an accomplished entrepreneur with a global network. His educational background in politics, international marketing communications, and entrepreneurship was earned from prestigious institutions such as The University of Utah in Salt Lake City, ESCEM in Poitiers, France, and the Cambridge Judge Business School.
With his expertise in media content, analytics, economics, and innovation consulting, he has gained valuable experience working for NBCUniversal, DOMO, and Rakuten.
Matt's proficiency in sales, marketing, media, strategy, and business model generation has enabled him to found The Red Zeppelin Group, which aids businesses in their international expansion efforts. Additionally, he established Pando Analytics, a media science firm that streamlines analytics and reporting for the OTT and CTV industries. He also co-hosts The Founders Therapy Podcast, mentors at The GIVE Academy, and advises Capital Market Networks.

A native visionary leader, Matt believes that innovation hinges on asking questions instead of providing answers. He has fostered connections for companies in various countries, including Singapore, India, Chile, France, and the United Kingdom. Despite being a US native, Matt has lived in Uruguay, France, and the UK.
THE FUN STUFF
During his leisure time, he enjoys skiing with his loved ones, watching rugby matches, and indulging in books while listening to Miles Davis. He currently splits his time between Salt Lake City, Utah, and Cambridge, UK.
