In the ever-evolving landscape of business, identifying true leaders within your ranks is a complex challenge.

Business Team

A strategic investment in the present and the future

WHAT IS LEADER LAB?

How do you decide who to develop as a leader?  Do you invest in all of your staff?  Just the high performers?  How do you know if your high performers have leadership acumen?  If two high performers are neck-and-neck, but you can only promote one, how do you choose?  What happens when a leader leaves the company?  Do you have development and succession plans capable of filling every gap as they happen?

WHO IS LEADER LAB FOR?

The Sync7 Leader Lab is for any organization, large or small, that wants to implement an excellent talent development system.  This is not another “personality test” with a high degree of failure.  This is part leadership training, part leadership development, part formative assessment, and part summative assessment.  At the end of it, you will have a completely objective, non-biased evaluation score to inform you who is ready to lead now, and who has the highest leadership potential.

BENEFITS OF LEADER LAB

During the Leader Lab process, Prodigies become Luminaries, with detailed evaluative scorecards showing how they performed, what they are most capable of now, and what areas they show the strongest potential so companies can steer them in those directions.  This is a powerful multidimensional talent development program that all companies can benefit from.

1. Analyze: A battery of tools discerns baseline leadership readiness. Unearth strengths, weaknesses, skills gaps, and intangibles such as attitude, ambition, and resiliency. 2. Design: Adapt and tailor development plans based on insights from the analysis phase. Customize the journey, incorporating modules, research, case studies, feedback loops, and training cadence. 3. Develop: Storyboards take shape, content is curated, and visuals are crafted, aligning with the personalized development plan. 4. Implement: The training journey commences, a carefully orchestrated sequence of instruction, demonstration, understanding checks, and feedback loops. Adaptation occurs based on real-time feedback. 5. Evaluate: The candidate's progress is assessed across three dimensions: Perception: Satisfaction levels gauged through an assessment survey. Learning: Knowledge and skill acquisition measured through achievement and performance tests. Performance: Application of newfound knowledge and skills in the workplace, with results closely observed and analyzed.
